How long does the shipping take?

Shipping takes 3-5 working days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I amend my order?

We will do our best to help! If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the details you would like to update. However, once your order has been processed or shipped, unfortunately we’re unable to make any changes.

Can I change my address?

If the order you have placed hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the delivery address for you. You will have to inform us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address you wish to have to your order delivered to. However, once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

I’m having issues placing my order

We’re here to help! If you’re having trouble placing your order, please let us know what’s going wrong, whether it is a problem with your payment, shipping information or something else. You can also try refreshing the page and starting again using a different device or browser. If that still doesn’t work then contact us with the problem and we can try and get you through your order as quickly as possible.

I would like to return or replace my order

If you would like to replace or return your tanning product then please contact us with the order number and a brief description of the issue and why you would like to replace or return the item.
Returns or replacements are accepted within 10 days of delivery, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. If the product arrived damaged or incorrect then please take a photo so we can sort it out quickly and efficiently for you.

I would like to cancel my order

We are happy to help you out and do our best. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped out yet, we can cancel it for you- just send us your order number as soon as possible. However if your order has been dispatched then we won’t be able to cancel it.

I have received the wrong order

We’re so sorry for the mix up! Please send us your order number along with a photo of what u received and we will be sure to sort it out straight away. Thank you for your patience.

My order is damaged, what do I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that! Please can you send us your order number alongside a clear, close up photo of the damaged item and packaging. Once we receive that, we can arrange for you to have a replacement of the product or if you prefer, you can request a refund. We will make it right as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
